Its the only Apple Store in New Orleans area- so If you're here for warranty or service , better make a reservation online, or be prepared for 2 hours.

Such a speedy process and they know how to treat there customers and I look forward coming back to this location for everything compared to other stores..

I am so sorry to say this but most of the employees are pompous and pretentious . I've only had one good experience at this Apple Store. But guys, don't take the "genius" title too seriously. #ijs

Always make an appointment for tech support, be nice to Apple employees, and always give yourself at least an hour when coming here.

Their techs are useless! They've been indoctrinated into the "Apple is god!" Between Apple and AT+T, you are shi_ out of luck!

Had wonderful service from a manager at this Apple Store. Would return for all my apple needs.

Get free WiFi ! Also borrow an iPad , iPhone or MacBook , if you stay inside the store at the table. ^_^

This Apple store is always busy, so if you need to get your phone fixed, make sure you have an appointment !

Our credit card was stolen, and this Apple store does not require ID with purchase. Jeff Hottinger refused to assist police with videotape of person who charged $1900 computer - only care about cash!

Make sure you make an appointment . It's always crazy inside the store from opening to close.
