Steak 'n Shake

Been a regular for Sunday morning breakfast for a year and service has always been great....the waitress recognizes us and brings our drinks as we are seated...they also will modify breakfast meals .

I'm a regular here, and we have never had a problem with the service. We just recently started coming, but it's been great so far!

I like the # the problem is the keep putting mustard " I ASKED FOR NO MUSTARD BUT EVERY TIME MY BURGER HAS DAM MUSTARD "

Breakfast here is great. Love the bagel sandwich with bacon , egg , and cheese . They have sugar-free syrup on request for the pancakes .

Food is great for a burger join, but expect to wait at Lear 15 min for a shake and 20-30 for your food. Great place to come to late at night.

Cheapie shakes are still really good. Fries are epic.

Great food, milkshakes , sweet tea & $1 bags of ice.

Food is great. Atmosphere is fun. But good things take time.....be patient, it's worth it.

Second all the other tips. Super slow. Food is good once you get it. Caramel apple shake is great!

Really odd, now they want you to write your own name on the waiting list. I haven't run into that before!

When we visit family - gotta stop for orange freeze...

Be prepared to wait 40 minutes for your burger . And then the waitress will bring you a towel to make it up to you for such slow service. She may also touch you and say something very random as well .

Service isn't the greatest but food is pretty good and kids eat free on the weekends.

Service is slow due to SUVs with crazy ladies changing order in drive thru . Grr

Expect slow service and your order to be wrong. I've never seen such a backwards Steak 'n Shake.

Horrible service and the waitress jamie is by far the worst server ever!!!! I usually tip 30% but I can say she isn't getting a dime

The bottom of a Chicago hot dog is NOT supposed to be WET! That killed my night. :(

The worst service ever.. Took forever just to get our drinks then atleast 30 minutes for our food and it was wrong when we finally got it.

Do yourself a favor and just eat somewhere else.... Seriously awful establishment. Poor service, even more poor management.

Decent grub but don't come here if you are expecting fast food type service.
