We were at Convention Center and decided to check out this well reviewed place. Don't let the industrial locale fool you. Lots of urban ambiance. Great service, prices fair considering the quality.
It's best known for its meat, but venture past the charceuterie plate into an omnivore paradise, with rustic takes on Brussels sprouts , marinated anchovies and roasted cod . [Eater 38 Member] Read more
The experience is at the bar where the cooks are making everything. You can see who's making what and how they're doing it. Get the 'Hash ' plate and you're set for the morning. So damn delicious.
Incredible. Not only was this one of my favorite meals in Portland, the value is great. The charcuterie plates are enormous, so be careful if you want multiple courses.
If I ever find myself on death row and the guard asks what I want for my last meal, I'll snap his neck, break out of the prison and come here for the Classic Sweetheart Ham Benedict to celebrate.
Service was excellent, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us! The food was also outstanding and the cocktails were unique!
Get the Hog and Spanish charcuterie plates . Both were excellent. The homemade kielbasa atop polenta was other-wordly, and the shortribs were a close second. Can't go wrong here.
Brunch was packed but their biscuits and gravy more than made up for it. It's refreshing to be able to wait inside while your table comes available.
The Italian charcuterie plate with taleggio was impressive. The meats were some of the best I've tasted. House made focaccia was incredible.
Charcuterie & cocktails ! - The location is off the beaten path so Lyft or Uber since it's not a very walk-able hood, but oh so worth it!
Delicious shareable plates - steak tartar , oysters , and the bread !!! Make sure to save room for dessert .
You really can't go wrong with anything here, it's all life-changingly good. If you're in for lunch , the sweetheart ham and white cheddar sandwich is my personal favourite.
Get the Frankfurter and a beer . Perfect amount of food and super fucking good.
The Spanish Charcuterie Board + the Chef’s Cheese Board + a bottle of Rose = the best afternoon treat in town
The octopus smalldish pretended to be a salad by hiding under 4 leaves of lettuce. But in all honesty it was just a deliciously salty heap of octopus , sausage , and potatoes . And 4 leaves of lettuce.
Portland, Oregon's Olympic Provisions makes some of the finest charcuterie we've tasted, from regional variations on Spanish chorizo to French saucissons to Italian soppressate. Read more
Good food and drink. Although the steak tartare was not chopped appropriately.
High-end food and a high-end experience. This is after-work drinks and maybe dinner with colleagues and less 'shootin' the breeze' kind of place. I'd go to Produce Row for that.
Happy hour is great! Goes till 6pm Mon-Thurs I believe. Enjoy a meat plate and a cocktail or beer !
Pickled egg sandwich is one of the best sandwiches in Portland. Everything else is excellent, too
Make a reservation . Definitely a popular date place . Outstanding short rib
You should definitely start with a board. We did the French board , and were very pleased.
Delicious chatcuterie, cheeses and bloody Mary's . I could eat the hot capacola sammich for breakfast everyday if it doesn't give me a heart attack
The short rib is phenomenal. You have to try it. And also the flap jack eggs benedict !
Love the chicken thigh meal! Though it's the large plate it's just enough for 2!
Good meats. I'll come back for short rib
The Loukanika - Greek style salami flavored with cumin and orange zest - is a must-order.
They are well known for their meat here! Brussels sprouts are amazing too ☺️
My favorite place for charcuterie !
I loved the radicchio salad with chèvre , apple and walnuts .
Loved the steak tartare ! Best meat and cheese plates !!
Great place, service AND food!
Great food, wonderful waitstaff . Definitely worth a visit.
The best brunch in America. The short rib is heaven on a plate.
Chef 's choice - cannot go wrong ????
Sit at the bar and get the chef charcuterie .
Grab a pickled egg with your meal. Cheap and delicious!
I always leave here feeling so freaking sick... You know, in that really good I need a nap now kind of way.
Laser potatoes are layered potatoes , lined with butter, and baked to a mild crisp.
Food was great but disappointing service--they gave us a 9:30pm reservation but waitstaff rushed us through the meal, as they close at 10.
The charcuterie board has so much on it. I was so full
The dream of the 1890s is alive in Portland! This was a filming location for the song in Portlandia's S2 E5.
Seriously: one of my favorite places in America. I think the blood of Christ is in the meat.
I love this restaurant ! Great place. Great food!
Cheese and meat plates were great.
The chocolate "salami " dessert is like a fresh lebkuchen.
The short rib was melt off the bone good.
Order the chef 's choice charcuterie . Pure brilliance!
I would stuff all their food in my mouf and be wonderfully fat and happy girl. Eat it. Repeat.
Chef Chris DiMinno eats here on his nights off. He loves the House porchetta sandwich . Read more
One of the best omelettes ive ever had . Fluffy eggs, awesome sausage and great potatoes on the side . Really great baked goods as well - JD Lewis
One of the few (if any) Italian places in Portland that serves manicotti. It's good and their spicy marinara adds a nice twist. - Courtney Shannon
I love the Provence Panini, and that salad dressing! - Rachel Lorber
Fantastic atmosphere and delicious tea. The small treats they have to pair with them are also good. Try the small rum cakes and Earl grey macarons! - Olivia Black
Outstanding espresso drinks! If you're unsure of which espresso to order (they have a rotating menu of two options), ask the barista for a recommendation with your preferences and tastes in mind. Yum! - Luke Bornheimer
So many books and so many people which is uplifting to see in this digital age. Old and new books together sit well and you'll be sure to find something you want. Good coffee too. - Caroline Janas
