Surfside Beach

This beach is extremely family-friendly and has great places to eat. The atmosphere of the community here is wonderful. Overall a cute little town that, in my opinion, is much better than Myrtle Beach

This beach is awesome! Clean , well-kept, & in sweet little town ! Close enough to drive to other spots is you want but you will be perfectly content here!

It's a great place to take a walk or a run. The sunrise and sunsets are gorgeous.

Beautiful beach , there are some jellyfish floating around! Some of the restaurants will let you use their lot if you eat/drink there.

Sharks R ALWAYS by PIERs〜bc fishermen throw fishHEADS, etc. in Ocean-&-there's nothin' wrong w/dat! BUT-wen PEOPLE toss FOOD in-well THAT's just STUPID! Seriouslƴ people! + Ƴα KNOW, it's NOT LOCALS!

Watch out for pedestrians and geese when driving.

After your day in the sun come to Carolina Roadhouse 4617 N Kings Hwy for great steaks , seafood and prime rib !!

It is much more peaceful and less crowded here even though it is summer and bike week

Keep your eyes open after dark - maybe you'll see some weird orange glowing lights in the sky over the ocean!

Beautiful in teh evenings for a walk and to watch the fireworks , every night, both North and South....

Excellent "no-smoking" ordinance @ Surfside Beach - you can actually smell AIR here!

Sand sharks are smaller and swim close to the shore. Generally non-aggressive, but don't tease them

Walking on beach waves

Ocean Lakes rocks and this is a fabulous house to rent!

Don't be a chum bucket...be considerate of others when you fish

It's nice walking south of the pier until you hit the hotels of Garden City

Shells on the shore are a bit rough but if you go further out in the water its nice and sandy.
