I'm a male crafter. I knit, crochet, paper craft, and make chain mail. This place has everything I usually need, and I use the online coupons. I'm in here all the time and never been treated badly.

Horrible customer service and extremely rude and unprofessional associates. Lines are way too long and there is not enough staff at the register and cutting counter.
Im a dude. So obviously i dont like being here. But when staff is rude EVERY TIME i come here, it makes me even more apathetic.
