Great unpretentious cheap little Smiths pub . Gets rammed upstairs, but upstairs only opens at 6, so grab a seat, booth or table just before if you can & sit it out with good mates and great ales

Lovely Sam Smith 's pub ; cosy, unpretentious, lots of wood panelling . Difficult to find fault in such a combination.

Asshole manager kicked up a stink about a birthday cake someone brought and gave the choice of throwing away the cake or leaving. After 3 years of regular custom - never again. Don't waste your time.

What pubs would be like if only students existed

Good and inexpensive pub . Warning, had my bag taken. Bar staff were pretty uninterested. It's probably very common. Won't stop me going, but will stop me from taking the bag off.

They've got crisps now.

Don't go upstairs.
