My first time here! The food was scrumptious! I had a BBQ plate consisted of minced pork and beef brisket , collard greens , baked beans and cornbread . My wife had their onion strings and a house salad

Living in NC for the past 10 years, I have high expectations when it comes to BBQ . The only thing drier than the BBQ was the service. Perhaps an off-night for both? The beer , however, was superb.

That man that said he only got one refill on his drink was full of it, you get as many refills as you like and I have never had dry barbeque there and I eat there frequently! So get a clue!

Awesome food and great family atmosphere . Or leave the kids at home and grab a few of their beers made on-site.

The brew is great along with beef brisket and the chicken . Delicious.

At the bar only, from 4-6 pm, you can get a dozen shrimp for $4, spare ribs for $1 each, etc. Southside location--not sure about the Broad St. location.

The new beer-battered fish is great!

Although the server was friendly , the service was poor. Good food, lousy service = i guess as long as you're prepared for it you'll be okay.

First visit in a long time. Food was good, service was eghhh, and the restrooms were horrible.

ONE refill ? Are you kidding? That's pretty stingy, especially considering how much it takes to wash down all that dry, bland BBQ .

Check your bread for mold BEFORE you take a bite. I haven't been back.

The service is terrible. So slow and they ignore you. Food is eh
