Beautiful hotel in an amazing location. But their service is substandard when you ask for anything "different". We had immense struggles trying to have them deliver baby beds to the room.

One of the coolest hotels I've stayed at. Bathroom with shower and bathtub with incredible view and private elevator are just some of the details.
A little different than a hotel - 20 - 30 minutes north of SoBe . Amazing rooms & view - ocean, waterway leading slightly inland & a sand barge where boats were anchored. Service was above average.
Great time and amazing customer service from the concierge . I was able to get bicycles delivered at the front for my whole family.
