Lines are a bit confusing. They make it hard to order food and bakery items at the same time too with their set-up. All employees are friendly and patient but I felt really rushed by other customers.
This location is _always_ busy. Great service and experience every time, though, if you can get past the long lines . Wish they'd serve soups at opening. I prefer the Exeter Township location.
Get the chicken Caesar sandwich ! It's not on the menu but ask for it it's so good.
The baked potato soup and chipotle chicken panini are both delicious! & filling
They now serve you at your table, and they will soon have self-serve kiosks!

This place seems to be going down hill . Spent 5 min in line with only one person in front of me, 10 min for a breakfast sandwich to go. It was like watching turtles move. No rush.

Service on takeout is hit and miss today it was 10 minutes for two breakfast sandwiches . They didn't have sausages prepped at 8am ... sigh.

There is something seriously wrong with the garden vegetable soup here. It tastes unlike other Panera veggie soup . Secret ingredient seems to be a full bag o' dirt.
