This cafe has some great sandwiches for a decent price. There's great wifi and it's very quiet . I love going here to write long papers.

There was a market on Friday (no idea if it's daily though). Big and spacious place for lunchtime or just for walk. Huges buildings as well. It's close to anything in Boston. - Jordi Llobet
