Best bed/pillow/duvet combo ever! Pastries and French press coffee . Awesome! Shuttle is a pain in the ass from SFO. Take a taxi unless you have unlimited time.

Exit the hotel , turn left, follow the walkway then cross at the traffic signal, there you'll find various service shops, restaurants (Italian, Japanese, Chinese, Mexican), and a supermarket .

Lovely hotel , great services from all personal. There is a perfect gym at the hotel or you can go for a run around the lagoon.

Great coffee shop and in house restaurant.. Rooms a little tired and worn out from full occupancy since FB/Google etc went public.. Lanvin toiletries ... C'est magnifique!

Everything was perfect. If it wasn't for the price, it would be a 5 star hotel . I will absolutely return to this hotel .

Great space for an event or convention . The bar has a great Easter view .

Awesome cheesecakes . The beds are nice n comfy . Very far from public transportation though. Better to have your own car.

Shuttle bus is going once per hour only so if you are not lucky you can wait at the airport/hotel very long.The hotel is middle of nowhere, Caltrain stop to SF is about 20 mins walk to Belmont.#Orcl

Great hotel , French culture, great service from the staff , excellent rooms especially the suites.

Rates are going up. .. book ìn advance earlier the better. Renovations are good. There is a plug to charge your phone or tablet by the bed now.

The shuttle is free. Just call from SFO when you arrive. It runs once an hour, so plan accordingly.

Another great reason to stay here: AT&T Wi-Fi is one of the many amenities here for guests. It’s fast and easy to connect.

Due to my work I've been to hundreds of hotels in most countries of every continent. This one is by far the worst hotel I've stayed in. Terrible service and bad attitude of staff is unacceptable.

Stop by at the very close Oracle headquarters to see the race boat that won the 2014 Americas Cup.

They told us they provide shuttle bus from and to the airport . This bus is every hour and it fits only 6 people so we had to wait for 2 hours at the airport and its full.still waiting

They started to use a drill to fix something at 6:45am! They say "we're sorry it will finish at 7:30am". At hotels , usually guests are supposed to be sleep at that early!

Self-parking garage is now $4/first hour, $2/extra hrs, $20 max.

They have vegan option in the restaurant ask about them

Be nice and you might get an amazing upgrade to a suite!

Great stay here. Hang out on the patio of the outdoor pool and watch the pelican dive for fish in the nearby (artifical) lagoon

Order the fruit plate from room service . Out of this world.

It's a preferred Maker Faire hotel but there isn't a shuttle to the fairgrounds and we paid a taxi $30 to get there.

If you stay for a while, make sure you have a car or be ready to take cabs - this is pretty far from public transportation - although they have a shuttle...

Hot water coming and going. Several missed breakfasts caused by lack of restaurant capacity.
