Love this place and some of their wonderful programming. Go on their website and see what you might like to attend. I like Birds n Beer every third Thursday I believe. Informational and fun!
This place is for the birds. Literally. It's a great stop for you, too, and free to visit. Go on Third Thursday 5:30-7:30pm for Birds 'n Beer , with cheap Four Peaks brew and adult science lectures.

Moderate uphill hike with beautiful rock formations and stunning views of the city. Great workout! - Tim Agne
I went hiking here with my boyfriend & dog & it was quite an adventure! It's tucked away & a change of pace compared to Camelback. It was pretty busy on a Saturday morning, but try a weekday. - Kelly Nish
Very nice park with a great view on the mountain. If you are a beginner when pertaining to hiking this is definitely a great place. I took my 5 year old and he had a blast! - Ashley Gardner
