Best in town so far.. Signature dishes, great ambience, quality Japanese food in great presentation.. Don't forget their chocolate fondant as a happy end ;)

Nice…great outdoor seating…Go for wasabi prawn , beef tacos ,baked truffled veal ❤️❤️,green dragon roll , vegetable rice … I didn't like the taste of the beef in the noodles…nothing special about black cod

As always, great food and #DeepHouse/#NuDisco music by @djivyv. The Singing Australian white wine is superb. So as their maki rolls and tuna on crispy rice . My fave place in Dubai now.

Their outdoor seating area is very nice, go for the Beef Gyoza and their steamed lobster they're good! Enjoy.

Best food don't miss the tuna tataki , salmon sashimi salad , Vietnamese spring roll , the truffle scallop and the sushi . And for dessert the chocolate fondant will always do the trick

Food was yummy ! Try the spicy tuna maki , Wagyu beef gyozo and my favourite of the night , scallops with pickled apple and jalapeño dressing ! ????????

Would give it a go, great atmosphere. However much better sushi spots around. Would recommend the Beef Gyoza , Tuna on Crispy rice , spider rolls and definitely try the mushroom rice !

Soft Shell Crab :: ive tried lots of this... But this one from Toko is one of the best because of its simplicity. You can really taste the crab more and less of the batter!

Tuna tartare and soft shell crab tempura are home runs. Zucchini flowers were not available during our visit :( lovely setting, very friendly staff and an awesome Japanese garden perfect for a lunch !

Excellent ambience. Amazing good, and service. Try the sushi and crunchy lobster , as well as many other fantastic bites. Excellent Australian white wines .

They are serving up to 11-dish #UmiNoHi seafood set menu in honour of Japan's Marine Day until the end of September. Make sure you pass by!

Came here when it first opened & didn't like the food. Decided to give it a second chance & it was well worth it. The food was so awesome, and the dessert tear-jerking.

New Japaneese downtown in Vida hotel . Lunch this time , good but not yet Zuma standard. Nice service staff but kitchen must be understaffed at lunch . I will come back :-)

Garden seating is gorgeous! Recommend the seared scallops with the pickled apple jalapeño dressing , miso cod , sunchoke for the vegetarians , chocolate fondant !

Excellent food. Loved the tuna on crispy rice , wagyu beef giyoza, Zucchini tempura , spicy tuna crispy roll and the spider roll .

Tried nearly everything on the menu... Cuttlefish is my favorite.. Japanese salad is also good.. Cos fish great.. Everything else is mediocre or not memorable..

The sushi is amazing and the cocktails are great! Great atmosphere too we love the place!

Edamame for the starter and beef gyoza .. Main course steak and ebi tempura ... Last but not least my fav chocolate fondue ????

Tuna in crispy rice fried with truffle oil :: its okay. I was expecting more kick from it. Pleasant waiter suggested me to try it with ginger and he is right, it gave me something that was missing.

Delicious food, really liked the wasabi prawns , veal truffle and beef teriyaki

Spicy salmon tasted dull, thin layer of cucumber wrapped on top of the nori just killed it. Same goes for spider maki . Prawn tempura nothing special same goes to "buzzed" choco fondu .

Yumi Black cod and hazelnut chocolate fondant . The rest of the food good but nothing to die for.

Do the Japanese Garden if weather permits.. Serving Shisha too.. Beware seating arrangements are tight so always book for 2+ actual pax

I wouldn't order the spider roll again, the only one I liked was spicy tuna roll . If you r a sushi lover, be sure to go to sakenohana. Cheers,

Cosy, drinks are great, food is average. Appetizer shrimp dynamite is really good. However, the black cod was no where compared to Zuma. Soft shell crab was too oily for my taste. Sushi was good.

Beef gyoza was yummy. Sushi was average. Generally everything was overly sweet. Good service though. Amazing venue.

Food was cold. Chicken was smelly, the puff pastry was eggy, beef was smelly too. California maki with baked black cod was inedible. The cod smelled horrible and it was so cold. Overall the worst

Beef Gyoza :: seems lovingly prepared but the sauce takes it to the finish line :-) sweet and tangy

Soft shell crab , beef gyoza , fish with salsa , chocolate fondant were all great, sushi was average
