I love knowing I can always get my favorites, but check their specials menu anyway for great new things to try. And ask about their burger of the week! Here's the one I just had.

Order the wings and ask to have them grilled. The wood fire grill leaves them juicy and tender. So good! Sit at the bar and let the bartenders school you on their various brews.

Had some creole salmon when I was here that was on special, as well as fried yucca . Both delicious! My friend had a pepp. pizza burger (also a special) that he said was also delicious. I will be back.

Go for the The Alehouse Mac & Cheese , prepared with Gouda , pepperjack and Parmesan . Topped with chopped applewood smoked bacon , wood fired red peppers , sun dried tomatoes , summer squash and zucchini .

The food is great, fresh, creative and priced right BUT the beer is outrageous! DFA is seriously famous for its award winning beer . All kinds of beer , unbelievably good stuff.

The Jambalaya is fantastic. Gotten get it on rice . The Mac and cheese with chicken is wonderful. If you see it on the menu, you must have the butternut squash soup . (Seasonal offer )

Ol time Boston Pub style environment packed with patrons watching Soccer drinking amazing crafted beers . Food was served fast, Hot and tasty. Kids loved the chicken fingers rack of ribs Great. Fries#1

The seasonal Punkin Ale is great. They have a new burger daily so make sure to ask what the days special is!

Easily one of the best restaurants in Gaithersburg. Amazing drink and food. Everything is good on the menu. You have to try this place if you love beer .

Great food, decent, prices, excellent beer selection . Some of the best burgers that I've ever had. Is Maryland so of course the cream of crab soup is a must.

Even though we all know Dogfish beers is the nations best craft beer , you add some of the most delightful food to the mix and you have a GREAT evening of food, friends and drink.

The three cheese crab dip with their homemade chips and wood charred bread is amazing. Their burgers are organic and let's not even talk beer section, ridiculously awesome!!

Ales, bratwurst sandwich , burgers , 90 minute IPA is a must have regular offfering. Be on the lookout for the rarities : 120 minute IPA and Worldwide Stout .

Wonderful local brew house - amazing burgers and fries , great place to hang out and have a few beers . Try the 120 Minute IPA !

Everything is amazing, but these are my favorites: egg rolls . Jambalaya over penne . Steak bomb sandwich . And naturally the beer .

Crab soup , Four Cheese Pizza with crab topping. Ale house salad and the chicken and shrimp salad are both nice.

The nachos are the best I've ever had. The service is second to none.

American Beauty Beer is great and the ribs fall off the bone!

The beer is good, the food is phenomenal. Everything I've had on the menu is awesome. The turkey and avocado club is my favorite.

Great food. Recommend the chicken and shrimp salad , the dressing was phenomenal. Service was great also.

Not sure what beer to get? Get the sample tray, which comes with six different 4-oz. portions of what they currently have on tap . Ask the staff , they will help you out!

The Mediterranean hummus appetizer is AMAZING! My favorite thing on the menu besides the Pumpkin Ale :)

Try the non conformist pizza with asparagus , gorgonzola , pesto , spinach , grilled portobello , and olives

The wings and onion rings are awesome!

DFH black & tan , which is normally 90 min mixed with Chicory Stout is mixed with Guinness when Chicory is off season...like Nov.9th 2010 - just saw the bartender crack the Guinness can!

60 Minute or the 90 Minute? Always a tough decision. Try the Alehouse 75! It's everything you love about each mixed together. Can't go wrong with this one.

Get a beer flight so you know what to drink with your food.

Not a good vegetarian selection . Eat before you come. Basically not so good hummus , pizza , one sandwich . Gluten free menu (limited, but hey- they have one)! Good beer and good waitstaff .

Good food, good service , excellent beer ! Only bad thing is that They don't do growlers .

The Ahi Tuna burger is delicious! And the staff and atmosphere are great!

The food is just as good as their great beers we all love.

The gluten free burgers are to die for and the bread does not break apart !

One of my gave places in this are, and like every new dish I try. However, we weren't big fans of the new bread pudding . It was more like cake than the warm drizzly mess it should be!
