Get the Well-Fed platter with collard greens and share with a friend! I can't even get anything else when I come here. Bacon wrapped jalepenos are awesome when the jalepenos are spicy .

The fatty brisket here is outstanding. I've eaten some world class brisket out in Texas, and Midwood Smokehouse brisket is in the ballpark. Great mac and cheese and whiskey-based cocktails here too.

More than one location in the Charlotte area (Birkdale Village , Ballantyne & Park Road)-you can't go wrong with their menu choices; I usually stick to the Classic Carolina BBQ Plate with Coleslaw

Everything is good here. I always get the brisket , but their ribs and pork barbecue is also delicious.

The salmon was awesome! I know, I know, it’s a BBQ joint known for brisket , but if that’s not your jam the salmon is definitely a contender.

Cuban sandwich and hush puppies were awesome. Couldn't finish it. Fried pickles were great too.

Every time I've been here their dinner special has been amazing. And Hub loves the brisket - best we've had since moving out of TX.

Fried pickles , pork bbq , hushpuppies and bacon wrapped jalapeños are standouts, but the NC Barbecue sauce pales in comparison to its SC counterpart.

Just follow the rants and give the bacon wrapped jalapeños a try, if you like a little kick. Brisket is pretty good. Praline apple cobbler is SINFUL!

The brisket is excellent. It is juicy and with great flavor.

Skip the BBQ sauce , the pork is great by itself. Great smoke flavor - you can smell it when you walk in. Not the greatest NC-Style sauce.

Burnt ends and beer go together like Abbott and Costello.

Avocado Goddess Dressing is on point. The chopped salad topped with pulled pork is delicious!

You can split a plate that's big enough for three for a total of $20 or go for the classic bbq sandwich for about $7 - either one is a great choice.

BBQ beans are ridiculous. I'm sold on the Carolina Pork and the bacon wrapped jalapeños are amazing. 1.25 PBRs. Can't beat this place!
