At first glance it's a nice local spot for a good, cheap egg and cheese bagel , but some of the staff is just miserable. I guess grumpy people make it more New York authentic .
Get the vegetarian wrap that comes with egg whites and very fresh veggies , including crunchy broccoli and caramelized onions . And ask them to put Feta cheese on it! That's your tip!
The bagels are good, but they're laughably inept at getting your order right. We ordered onion , tomato , and cream cheese on a sesame bagel , and he gave us a 1997 Chevy Camaro. I'm barely exaggerating.
'Everything bagel with salmon cream cheese . Da bomb.' -simone. I've never had an order mixed up before and come here for years
Bagels are an obvious, and excellent choice. But if you're need of something less bagel-y, treat yourself to the awesome blueberry pancakes .
I come here when I want to challenge myself not to get pissed off in the process of getting breakfast .
Widest selection of teas I've ever seen at a bagel store...easily over 30 to choose from.
These reviews are hilarious. I've never had anything but pleasant, attentive service . Also, the prociutto panini is incredible.
The best coffee in the hood (D'Amico BBTP blend) and perfect coffee lids (most of the time)!
Best coffee in the hood hands down! They buy it t d'amicos on court street but even the people at d'amicos don't sell the blend!
Prepare to have your order wrong, and for it to be served with a side of sass. Only in business because of he location.
Cheap fresh squeezed fruit juice — orange and grapefruit
Chocolate croissants are awful here, but the bagels are great!
Nice people but a bit aloof, coffee spilled on counter wasn't cleaned and they charged me twice for a sandwich and wouldn't have caught it themselves if I hadnt brought it to the cashiers attention
3 years & still no prices on the menu. If you need to ask how much your sausage , egg & cheese is then you obviously can't afford it.
Bagels are decent. There are better nearby, but when I don't feel like walking, this will do the trick.
It's all about the French toast bagel .
Go somewhere else. Successful only by proximity to the subway
Ace selection but it's a bit odd that all the prices are covered up.
Completely agree with everyone who's complained about the service. I only come here when too lazy to walk to BeQu
Cannot beat their prices and quality. I am going to miss this place if I have to move out of the neighborhood .
BAO fresh kombucha is proudly sold here!
The iced tea is super good. Read more
Every employee takes the struggle bus to work.
Service is HORRIBLE. Always getting order wrong. Always takes forever for a delivery . Workers have attitudes, and barley speak English!
The breakfast wraps are good but the bagels are lame.
By far, the WORST SERVICE in the world. My dog takes instructions better than everyone, including the manager.
I just noticed a bunch of FLIES crawling on the muffins
Don't order any juices . Not good- come out looking brown.
Good food & price but service can be slow.
Not great.
More hot sauce .
What bagel place in New York City runs out of lox and whitefish ? Worst service.
Good bagels , bad service
Good food, terrible service
Excellent bagels, great friendly staff, definite neighborhood joint (where they greet you by name!). However, *skip* the coffee (yuck)! - Dov Lebowitz-Nowak
What a NY bagel should be! Staff is very friendly and I love the walk up window. My dog even enjoys coming along and getting a treat! - Kristen Punzone Benedict
Park is centrally located on East side of Bay City with adequate playground equipment, although it seems to be decreasing every year. Good effort put into trying to maintain the duck pond... - Sweet Boy
Nice personnel in the pharmacy fill the prescriptions fast and let you pay for other items - Gloria M
The turkey meatballs from DiPaola farms are excellent in red sauce or even on an egg sandwich flattened! - Anthony Rallo
