Best pour of Guinness I've ever had, like another drink entirely. Has a real Irish feel and a perfect music selection if you want a real bar to meet friends and not what Hoboken usually offers.
The vibe here is amazing. Definitely a lower key, neighborhood gem hidden among hustling, loud Hoboken scene. Perfect for the after work wind down drink (or 2 or 3...).
The TouchTunes Music box has all the RnB and HipHop filtered from it. Yes even old school. Leaving you with only death metal, rock and country music . Hmmm
Nice beer selection , very friendly service in a warm inviting neighborhood tavern
Drink the Guinness , it's easily the best I've had in America in the last 14 years. Barney knows how to keep a cellar.
One of the best spots in Hoboken. Don't piss off Barney and you have a friend for life.
They have the chips !
The regulars are fans of shitty nü-metal and "make mine first"; otherwise a lovely bar
You get extra check in points when Mayor Zimmer is in the house.
All class , great music & good times.
My colleague spent 5 month in here every night. He said there's an Irish spirit in here.
BYOF! Awesomeness!!
Great bloodymaries .
Throw your peanut shells on the floor.
Darts & Guinness - must try
$8 for Beam? I know it's not Irish, but....
Definitely a cool place for some drinks with friends. Bar tenders are great - ask for Glenn. Go in the back entrance. Off the alley from 1st between Washington and Hudson - Michael Natale
It's now open again with a full kitchen. The staff is amazing & the food delicious! The menu ranges from healthy (great beer salad) to your typical bar food (love the buffalo chicken fingers & burger) - Bri Baker
The Irish Breakfast is superb and a great location to hang out and watch football games from all over the world - Des Brownlie
The pesto pizza was so delicious :) and it was cheap! I'd come back to eat here again ???????????? - Karla Benitez
Fun bar with a college vibe. Definitely a younger crowd, and always packed on weekends - expect to wait. Try the smoking fireball shots! - Justin Gianninoto
