Very close to some major stations, with a view of stuff more interesting than an air conditioning generator.
It's just across the metro and gare du nord station, clean and decent place to sleep.
The hotel is right next to the station which makes it easy to go around Paris.
If you need directions don't hesitate to ask the person at the desk. They were great with answering anything, whether it be language related or city related!
Receptionists are too good !!

El desayuno en el hotel bastante completo. Lo malo, las colas del comedor .Estrechas escaleras y putadita si subes hasta el sexto sin ascensor ( cuando he estado yo, estaba estropeado) .
Muy bien ubicado y limpio dentro de la estación de tren Gare de'l Est
