The folks at the genius bar are very friendly and I didn't have to wait long at all - they fixed my laptop in less than an hour for a reasonable price. Overall, it was time (and money) well spent.
Emma, a Cheyney grad who just graduated with her Master's in Organization Development, is great and very knowledgeable . I was in and out in record time. She is the BEST!!!

Always best to order stuff online and pick up at the store to avoid long waits . I don't know if this was because of the opening day today, but there were a LOT of people in the store.
