This gym is the best one on the east side of the metro. So many weights and machines. It’s a real gym , not a express gym .
Be sure you get 1 gram of protein per body weight a day, I wasnt getting anywhere until I started drinking protein shakes .
I came here after 2 years at Shape and there is a world of difference. I love this gym ! Unlike shape, their machines work and the employees don't act smug.
