I believe this is a new Ibis hotel (previously the Grand Hotel de l'Avenue). Recently refurbished, it is a good no-frills Ibis. Rooms are small, the front desk is polite and we got a nice street view .
Tres bien situé a côté de la place de la république. On y vient très facilement en métro (ligne directe de la gare du nord) petites chambres sympa, petit déjeuner succulent
