I respectfully disagree with the quip about the customer service. We've had great customer service from both our server (Lauren) and the manager (Sam). Must have been an exception for the lady above.

Huge basket of chips and salsa just for checking in; a free dessert of your choice with every 3rd check-in. Add a couple of Top Shelf Strawberry Margaritas , kick back & enjoy!

Usually slow service, orders being correct is a fifty fifty proposition. Don't be hungry or in a hurry here, everything takes much longer than at most other casual dining chains

One of my to go spots! Enjoy everything on the menu pretty much.

The steaks here are always made just how you ordered. Never under or over cooked. If you want a good priced steak come here.

Service is slow during quite times but at least you don't need to hunt down your server to pay your check as you can do that from the tablet

Food is decent, but you'll spend far longer here than at other casual dining spots. Service is always slow, borderline poor. Far from what this place was in its hey day

You know what? I wasn't too happy with the service in here today. Seems like the server was upset that he had to work. Well guess who won't be back here?!!!

Must be understaffed tonight...took us an hour to get our food! :/

Problems in the kitchen. Took them an hour to bring out a raw steak . The crispy chicken was grizzly and chewy. Yuck! The manager apologized. Sad. Not coming back any time soon.
