Don’t try to pick up your online order inside the club. There is a huge disconnect when you try between the customer service desk and the folks who handle the orders. Way shorter to use the app!
If you forget to use your coupons, you can take them to customer service, and they give you cash for them. That way, you don't have to yell at your husband for leaving them in his back pocket.
