Some of the best Chinese food in Los Angeles. Get the fried pork buns , shrimp and leek dumplings , scallion pancake , and the pork and shrimp noodle soup . Pork intestines are good too!
pork belly noodle soup - broth has a thick, starchy consistency and is laden with pork belly slices and veggie , pork slices are tender and the noodles are very chewy.
Noodles and dumplings range from superb to transcendent. Mapo tofu is my 3rd fav in the SGV. Other must try items: 1. Sliced cucumber w/ shredded pork . 2. Eggplant with baby shrimp . 3. Pan fried buns .
For meat eaters: MUST TRY: Tender lamb pan fried with white and green onion in brown sauce & Pan fried noodles with Shredded Pork !!! It's soooooo good that you almost want to pay extra for the food!
