Red Top Mountain State Park

Its a very beautiful park with a lot of great activities to offer. We went swimmin at the lil beach area first then went to the other side of the parkin lot and jumped off the rocks. Had a great time

The greenery . The park trail is dog ???? friendly , but they are not allowed near the water. Interesting people walking ???? the trail . The lake was pretty.. ???? . $5.00 for parking strictly enforced.

The Discovery Room at the Park Office has two painted turtles , a box turtle , an eastern king snake, a corn snake, and a gray rat snake!

My wife works her but off at Red Top Mountain b/c its a beautiful and friendly place to fish , hike , camp spend time with the family. I'm so proud of her

They call it a beach ???? I say lake Allatoona. The scenery is beautiful. My only regret was Choosing to go on July 4 ...Crowded ! ???? ????‍♀️???? ????????????‍♀️

What a beautiful park . Grills, tables, play area for kids. So nicely well kept. We can't wait to return.

Very well marked and well maintained trails . Gorgeous park . Worth the drive from Atlanta.

Right now the Visitor Center is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Check in to your campsite at the Park Office instead.
