Michelin recommended beef noodles . Their broth is made with 2 types of onions , 4 types of veggies and beef ribs . Good if you are not a fan of strong flavours.

點天下三絕，吃過最好吃的牛筋，有點入口即化而且有味道，不像之前吃過的都沒味道。牛尾算不錯，不過沒啥味道，牛肉好吃，有油脂，軟嫩又有味道，湯介於清燉和紅燒之間，有味道但不重，好喝。酸菜好吃。附的辣牛油和辣油加下去也好吃，只是後來有點加太多掩蓋掉牛肉湯的原味
點基本款就可以了，裝潢 overdesign!
試過便算， too over packaging. not worth visiting again.

A departmental store that I would highly recommend. The place is huge and carries most of the luxury brands. The food court is excellent too with a huge variety of stalls to chose from. - Venoth
