Waldmann really embraces a historical perspective in this modern take on German food and drink. The patio is a fun place to sit and split a sampler plate and enjoy a beer . Dog friendly too!
The brats they have are great and they’ve done a great job of giving a beer variety while still remaining true to the German style . Also can’t pass up on being at Saint Pauls oldest business location!
A nice spot for our group of 10 to meet in the early evening. They have a good selection of beer of which I really like their sour. We also enjoyed their German food as well .
The smoked fish plate had just enough pickles . The beers are excellent. The apple crisp was like the decor: rustic and excellently put together.
Interesting place. Felt like going back in time. The beer was very good.
Great German style beer in an old world feeling building! Also their patio is amazing.
The Weihnactsbier is a delightful wintery beverage. Definitely need to return for a wurst or three
Do not park on the street across from the brewery , you will get a parking ticket. I did.

Great space to play games with friends. Large patio when the weather is nice. Dog friendly patio. - Alex Nyman Stalberger
Love the layout, so open and intimate at the same time. We tried a flight foursome and our faves were the Nitro Mild (dark with just a hint of hop) and Gose (nice summer brew, light and refreshing). - Ricki Groskreutz
Great small brewery with interesting selections. Loved the Neat and the King. - Clinton Desmond
Fun spot. Lots of options. Would recommend by the Stadium. - Brent Gatewood
