Awesome Christmas decorations . The place was super cozy , especially seated by a nice fireplace . We got the Philly Cheesesteak which was very good.

Can get VERY packed but it's a lot of fun for a semi-casual night out. Good for watching sports and general partying -- can do both at once which is great for groups with mixed expectations.

Coolest little Philly bar EVER! Featured on "Drinking Made Easy". If you can manage to find your way there, grab a seat at the bar and be sure to try the 1860 IPA .

McGillin's is transformed for the holidays. It takes 15 people 5 hours to hang the over-the-top decorations -- 3,000 feet of garland, 1,000 feet of lights, 150 red bows and 200 ornaments.
