For all the euphoric flavors you can't get enough of – especially the ones you can't get in ordinary stores – nobody scoops Ben & Jerry's better than we do at our scoop shops.

Pull over in Waterbury for a 30-minute tour of the ice cream giant's factory and store. Check out the production floor, try samples, and mourn your favorite retired flavor in the Flavor Graveyard . Read more
The souvenir gift shop is on the expensive side. The factory tour you watch a short movie , watch ice cream being made and get a free sample of the ice cream of the day at the end.
It may be cheesy but its a great place for visitors and can kick off a nice little run of "factory tour/store" places (Ben & Jerry's - Cabot Cheese Annex & the 2 others there - then Cider Mill ).
It was a fantastic tour that really covered the process also got free ice cream at the end. Awesome gift shop and amazing ice cream stand. Get there early.
The grave yard is super fun. So is the tour . Who can go wrong with a price tag of $4 and ice cream ! !!
Very fun tour , great for kids! At the end you get to sample some custom ice-cream only available if you take the tour , and the tour is very cheap !
You get a free sample of ice cream at the end of the tour ! The sample is something they mix up uniquely for the factory , to test our weird flavor combinations.
Beautiful drive out to the Factory from Burlington. Quick, inexpensive , and fun thing to do in the area. Plus, free ice-cream-of-the-day tasting.
If you're feeling gutsy and like trying to finish 20 scoops of ice cream with a group of friends, the vermonster is waiting for you
While visiting colleges in Vermont this is a must stop along the way. These tour guides will give you a nice change of pace from the college tours AND you end your tour here with free ice cream !
If you come up with a clever name they won't give you credit, just free samples like everyone else. Neapolitan Dynamite was my idea!
Simple fun tour 30 minutes for $4. Waited about an hour for the tour which gave me an hour to wait in line for ice cream
We thought it would be bigger. It is important to know that on w'ends and h'days there is no production.
Get a good spot in the window room, but make sure you're here on a weekday. The factory doesn't produce ice cream on the weekends!
Don't forget to check in before you pay for the tour . Everyone is very friendly , and the free sample at the end is definitely worth taking the tour .
Tour is fairly quick. Gives history of company. Loved the cow jokes. Nice gift shop . Stopping here just for ice cream good too.
Fresh ice cream ! The flavor graveyard up the hill is entertaining too.
A fun stop. The tour is fast and simple but informative. Plus a taste at the end! Yummy!!
We enjoyed the tour , and the sample of the ice cream ! The flavour graveyard was so cute ! A must see!
Damn, the vegan flavors are almost too good to be true.
There's a reason why this is the number 1 tourist destination in Vermont!
I love this place !!!!!! Great tour about the procedure of making ice cream !!!!
Love the Frozen Greek yogurt w/bananas and peanut butter !!! Good cheap kids gift , back of store hanging up...less then 2 bucks, ice cream "shovel" spoon!
Make sure to visit the graveyard and pay respects to flavors that have passed.
Short tour with a GREAT guide. Sad that you don't have a choice in the sample (whatever flavor they want to dish out). Was okay.. kids liked the graveyard (free - no tix needed).
We loved our ice cream sample: Late Night Snack (vanilla bean ice cream , caramel swirls, and chocolate covered potato chips )...especially since the tour was free with a 4sq checkin!
Must visit if you like ice cream ! We had a lovely tour and delicious ice cream .
Great factory tour and as always wonderful flavors . 🍦 🎂🍨

The tour is cute and fun! Don't go for the last tour of the day, most likely it's already sold out.
We loved our visit! Nice surprise to check in and receive a free tour . Sampled the Maple Blondie ice cream , and our nine year old was able to get seconds.

Good little tour and you get great ice cream samples at the end.
Crowed. Long lines for ice cream . You pay for the tour it's about 25 minutes long with a free sample at the end. Expect to spend about 2 hours there.
Peace , love, and Ben & Jerry's. The original makers of cookie dough ice cream .
The tour isn't worth it, you can't really see anything. They do give you a small sample at the end !!!
The tour is short and sweet. Mostly go for the giant vermonsters and don't miss the flavor graveyard
The tour is very short , but be sure to climb the hill to visit the flavor graveyard before you leave.
Drive around back if you want to see the flavor graveyard . It's a hike .
Show up early on weekends. Tours sell out a few hours before closing.
If you take the tour , hang out in the trasting room after for all of the extras.
Factory tour was a bust. Felt like a kid forced to watch videos during a field trip. Tour guide was annoying. Take your ice cream and run.
The Scoop Shop is like other Ben & Jeery's, so they DO sell kid-size cups & cones even though they aren't listed on the menu. If you just want a bit, save some money & order this instead!
I was there last week... Make sure u go to the Cabot cheese annex too that is just a couple miles down the road ... Go hungry to both places
Fun tours and lots to see! A tourist 's dream.
Great fun little tour , free ice cream doesn't hurt either!
Come on, now. It's home to the original Ben and Jerry's factory . Read more
