Kiosk is great fast and easy

Nightmare. Over 2.5 hour process to get through line to go through customs agent, then wait in line to get through luggage exit. Most inefficient system I’ve seen

US citizens very easy to pass through.

Very long line ! Be patient!

And you don't have Global Entry ?

The continental airlines staff is probably the most unfriendly company... Being a frequent flier I'm going to stay clear from them..
