perfect spot so you can easily walk to the clubs and bars and shops! hotel is nice and good prices. this is the view from my hotel room!

Actually I spent 1 night at this hotel the bed was very comfortable in general the hote was good but out of that the it's central in the town which is most of the places around you

Perfect location in the centre off Banff. The historic factor makes you feel like you have traveled back in time, this makes the hotel ! Very cool place

Beds are comfy and decor updated... With the serious notable exception of the bathroom . Room: bright and modern. Bathroom : dark and 1980s horror story yellow.

Comfy beds and perfect location . It's an old building so the hallways give a ghostly vibe but its cool!

They allow dogs in the suites but you can't leave them alone. Yes, even in a crate.

Staff is really nice; beds are clean and comfortable with white sheets, none of those ugly flowery quilts; and our hot water dial was cold and our cold water dial was hot.

The secret 4th floor is awesome!

Rooms either face the main street, or a loud bar at the back, with terrible sound insulation. Avoid if you want a good night's sleep.

Really need to work on the door soundproofing.

Unfortunately two of my 5 nights we had no hot water in the morning. But the beds were super comfy
