One of the three post-civil War black schools, named in honor of Charles Sumner, Massachusetts Senator and abolitionist. Built in 1871-72 by architect Adolph Cluss
This place needs to hire a real curator whoever is in charge of setting this up has failed completely.
This is not, I repeat, NOT an arcade .
