The food (no matter what it is) is always an unappealing shade of brown and sits in a puddle of fluid. Go to Chipotle instead. Lines out the door sometimes on weekends.
If you go here on a Monday night between 7 and 8 pm, beware of "The Cackler." You'll know what I mean if you get stuck in line near her. Extremely annoying.
After a great meal here travel north a few miles and check out our shop. Route 10 Trader then come back to Moe's and order more food
Love moes & staff is usually friendly . Not tonight. A whole bunch of rude people workin tonight. :-(. Next time west Hartford will be getting my business.
If the line out the door and lack of parking is any indication this moes will be very successful! I'm sure glad to have it nearby instead of going to taco bell!

You have to greet yourself here. Extremely disappointed. I almost didn't know which restaurant I was in. I took upon myself to greet subsequent customers. Someone's gotta do it.

Wow employee's look miserable and moving in slow motion!! What happened to this place--it used to be good ......
I will never go again. Food was flying around and ingredients were contaminating one another. Salsa bar was dirty . Tables were dirty . They threw my burrito down and broke my chips .
