Despite having been charged $10.50 to take a picture of a camel, the front desk girl was cute so it's ok I suppose.
Bathrooms are so clean and the couple who runs the place are so sweet.
Visit on a dry day and walk barefoot in the sand. The sand is remarkably soft. Other than that, it's just as corny as you should expect.
One of Maine's truly quirky attractions . Fun and educational .

Small but really well maintained. New bathrooms, A-frames & mini golf under construction. Most sites aren’t very private but is pretty quiet! Dogs allowed too! Access to the desert & trails. - Jenna Åberg
