Bernard's has moved down to the "lower mall " and has a full bar . Tip Tim, the bar manager, well ...he's the best!!!

Boneless (and bone in ) spareribs are great ... I think they put honey in the sauce. Also my wife thinks the scallion pancake is the best she's ever had!
