Trapeze School New York

One of the most amazing experiences in the ten years I have lived in Manhattan. The instructors are knowledgable and helpful and also a lot of fun. I felt very safe. Go with a big group.

So much fun that you'll forget you're also getting a fantastic workout. Instructors are awesome & encouraging. First time trapezers learn a knee hang, back flip & a catch. You'll get hooked!

I have no coordination and am afraid of heights and still had a blast ... Most fun I've had in a long time and a huge rush when you do your first catch... Will leave you with sore muscles though lol

For a great upper-body workout that’ll get your heart rate up and adrenaline pumping, head over to the West Side Highway and start swinging . Daredevil Julie Henderson has a blast on the high-bar.
