The parking operator is cheating. I came in at 13:02 PM and went to pay my parking ticket at 13:58 PM (my clock is accurate) yet I'm told that I parked 1 hour and 4 minutes so got charged for 2 hours.
No ironing service or iron provided to rooms. Guests are expected to iron clothes at the public 'ironing' room on Level 12. Somewhat feels like in a hostel rather than hotel .

Basement 1 bodyguards are damn rude ....which is look after ladies parking !!!! Where is yr professional to be a well manners bodyguard ?

First time stay hotel ni. And first time jugak tgk bilik hotel pakai tiles for floor finishes. Biase hotel pakai carpet.
The newly opened Korean restaurant is awesome. Do drop by and try it~~
Guests of this hotel will be charged RM3 per day for car park . It should be waived like the others hotel .

The pearl milk tea stall at first floor has a lot of selections of the drinks but a lot is out of stocks
Dont deserve 4* ...difficult parking , all lifts brokedown, security officers who dont speak english, slow reception staff , bed which feels like lying down on a plywood...and the toilet is the worst
