As with any franchises, food is the same as other Papparich outlets. It wouldn't hurt for the waiters and waitresses at this branch to smile while working.

By far the least alert staff I've ever encountered. Hardly makes eye contact with the customers, and if I didn't call them I'd die of hunger here.

Yup. All the bad service horror stories are true. No issues taking orders but when calling for the bill from a diff waiter , he looked away n ignored me TWICE when he clearly saw me waving at him 😬😠
