Absolutely phenomenal service , great spa (definitely check out the Savoy Signature treatment for couples!), large rooms (esp. the family suite) great for families with kids. Best hotel in town .

They sent BMW to meet us at bus station ! Very friendly staff , great location and comfortable rooms . Wifi is fast and works everywhere. Breakfasts in Kogo restaurant are nice and healthy.

Dog friendly hotel , snidane bych čekala o chlup kvalitnejsi, ale pokoje jsou prostorne, misto obycejnych hotelovych mydel cekejte L'Occitane, doporucuju dat si intenzivni masaz - stoji za to!
Номера красивые, зона спа тоже, расположение супер. Но персонал отмороженный какой-то и завтраки скудные. За 190 евро ночь могло быть и лучше.

Luxusni ubytovani, spickovy personal, vyborna kuchyne , prijemne a kvalite odpovidajici ceny . Jediny cesky horsky hotel s 5 hvezdickami. Neni co vytknout.
