Staff from the breakfast should go for a course "how can i put a smile on my face", perfect location to travel in Prague (just 20m away from the metro), very nice rooms and room service ! ;-)

Hotel is nice and located next to metro station . Elevators programmed to go with priority to the floor 11. In the morning be prepared to wait half an hour for getting a free elevator , or take stairs.

Not the most friendly staff ever. No chance to get a smile from check in to breakfast . Piyy, nice hotel n location

Good hotel with friendly staff . The tramway/subway connection to the city is good and easy as well .

No vegetarian stuff at the buffet restaurant but a friendly waiter told us that they could organize something if we are interested for the next day. So maybe ask a day before if you need!

Spacious rooms ! Great values ! Front Office can change some money for your First Day, but next ones do in downtown!

Nice hotel , close to metro station . Room is ok, breakfast is good. Staff is ok. Our roomcard did not work, so while they fixed it, we got a free drink, too bad the cava was not cold enough.

Don't miss the home-made Austrian and Czech cakes at the bar . They're delicious.

Never try to organise conference there. This place is technologically challenged, beamers blink, doors lock on themselves and wifi requires login all the time.

I strongly do NOT recommend this hotel . It is not only very expensive , but they lose your personal staff . Think twice if you are leaving your belongings in the room.

dated rooms, terrible design, old TVs . staff that laughs behind your back. no power sockets or any kind of modern amenities . ok for 1 night, but not longer. far away from everything and too expensive .

Metro and tram are right outside the door making it easy to get around.

The suites at the extra price are amazing, worth the money (E30)

Huge hotel with four towers, all designed in Mozart style ...spent there couple of hours at symposium, food was ok, staff attentive and kind...

Frühstück ist klasse! Supermarkt gleich gegenüber, super Öffnungszeiten! Métrostation auch gleich gegenüber!

Отель немного удалён от центра, но буквально в двух шагах метро и остановка наземного транспорта. Вкусная выпечка на завтраках .

Ulaşım kolay metro durağı dibinde

Отель не плохой, но номера требуют ремонта . Персонал доброжелательный. Завтраки однообразные, но съедобные. Приятно удивили, поздравив друга с днем рождения шампанским и конфетами в номер .

Básico , normal. Para dormir y bañarse está bien, camas cómodas. Hay algunas cosas alrededor; un supermercado y comida china
