Good place to study if you get here before the noisy , post-work crowd. Saturdays 5am to 830am is my favorite time slot.

Parking is small but the seating (indoor and outdoor) is spacious . Outdoor seating can get quite noisy due to the traffic along Quezon Avenue.

Baristas mostly. Coffee is second but the best in the metro. ???? I don't understand why people complain about the parking space when the store is not the only tenant in the building. Go somewhere else.
