I just compared the old and new thick cut cod . The new fish is good, very flaky as the advertised. It has more fish flavor I believe. But I like the old fish best so try it for yourself.
Ok, I know this isn't your normal fast food tip, but if your back is sore, just lean it against the front counter where the fry cooker is! The heat transfer works wonders on a back ache!
