One of the few restaurants with local food and local wine options. Food is deliciousand portions are very big; drinks are great. Good for small groups, but best for a date. Prices are affordable .

In Buda Castle . Despite traditional table settings has modern atmosphere . Classic Hungarian cuisine with fresh ingredients and healthier cooking. The best Hungarian wines .

Tasty butternut risotto and duck with red cabbage strudel . Chestnut mousse dessert is also lovely. Not the trendiest place but worth the visit if around

Well attended restaurant . I had the Esterhazy lamp rump with an extraordinary mustard sauce and fried bread/vegetable dumplings .

The food is outstanding! Ordered pumpkin soup , veal stew with barley risotto , Wiener schnitzel and wild boar ravioli . The lemonade is fantastic too!

Very popular restaurant . Beautiful decor and a nice al fresco area to dine in. I ate the Pike which was delicious. But will eye the piglet knuckle for next time!

You should defenitely try the fish soup ! The glass of white wine with Hungarian grape is nice but they should give a little bit more ! Friendly service

I used to take my American colleagues to this restaurant and in most cases this one was an outstanding experience, but last year I had an desert with apricot and it tasted a bit onion :(

The waiter is incredibly cranky and the 13% service charge is added on by default which is uncommon in my travel through Budapest.

Ordered the goulash . Was pretty good, but pretty overpriced. As a student, I felt like the staff was giving me weird looks for being young in a nicer restaurant .

What a rip off. Very pretentious dishes, claimed to be authentic . Major disappointment. Strictly for tourist . The husleves(consomme) is a joke, as very thin while the boiled beef is hard and chewy.

Watch out for raw pork chops and snack-sized 12 eur portions...

Expensivw for nothing. Mid level food, wines are overpriced and they count serviceprice in the bill. Cant imagine how they could get reccomendation from Michelin.

They prepare the simplest hungarian dishes really well but rather pricey .

Великолепное атмосферное местечко в Старом городе . Гуляш и утка с грибами таяли во рту. Вкусные десерты . Персонал дружелюбен. Рекомендую для романтического ужина .
