I have ordered 2 times and the first time they forgot the meat on my sub and the second time they forgot to make my whole order. I am thinking I will stick with silver mine or subway from now on
Online ordering is imperative. Ordered an unwich with no mayo and they showed up with a club with mayo . They're great with online ordering accuracy.

You're better off ordering your sandwich online if you have modifers (cut in half, add/hold items) as the employees seem to instantly forget things you tell them over in the phone or in person.
Quality isn't quite up to Cheba Hut's standards, but if you are looking for speed and cheap this is the place.
