Everyone acts like they know the Barista's job better than the Barista does. Order from the menu and maybe you won't get the wrong drink.

Don't park near the drive thru during the morning rush. It's a tight squeeze in the parking lot .

they told me they could only do the iced tea for green, black, or passionfruit tazo teas and couldn't for earl grey , Wtf? Then looked @ me like I was crazy asking for a cup of ice to chill the hot tea
