Extremely helpful staff while also being polite & while a small issue was raised, the staff approached immediately, apologised & made necessary amends. That was brilliant! Keep up the good work!

Off the grid but nice. Suitable for businesstravel. Would choose a more central location for leisure (for those few who go to Frankfurt for leisure...)

The internet has been upgraded. This is the wireless speed. And the cable gives close on 80Mbps.

As a business hotel I'm shocked that the free internet is as slow as dial up at all times of the day. This isn't isolated to WiFi but ethernet as well . I've had better speeds in Brazil and Argentina.

Nice terrace . Unfortunately no cappuccino available this morning due to broken coffee machine . I wonder they only have one machine.

Get a room that does not have the afternoon sun. Rooms get so hot through the glass + A/C is rubbish! Ok hotel though...

Housekeeping came in my room while am sleeping with DND card hang on the door, complaint but no action and respon from hotel manager. Room door do not has double chain lock, insecure.

It looks like a coin and is in the middle of retorten nowhere

Some hotel rooms have bath tubs that are hard to drain off.

Güzel bir otel odası ve banyosu güzel kesinlikle almanya ya göre fiyat ve konfor için tercih edilir. Merkeze yürümek yarım saat ama taksi 3 dk götürüyor.

Même dans cet hôtel pseudo chic (c'est affreux) un lit queen, c'est deux petits criss de lits collés. Vivement l'Amérique, on en a marre de dormir dans une craque.

Otel büyük ama bu büyüklüğe karşın lobi ufak. Kalabalık olduğunda çok uzun süre asansör bekliyorsunuz. Konfor çok iyi.

Check in enttäuschend und absolut unprofessionell. Die Suite aber sehr schön . Erstklassiger Blick auf die Skyline.
