The supervisor there during the morning was just a nightmare. She was not only extremely rude to me but to the other baristas as well . Besides that the coffee was excellent along with everything else!
They sell the collection mugs and also accept gold cards.
Really nice! Much better than the Starbucks at Harrahs;)
Must have been here on bad day . 35mins to get my coffee . 4 staff on duty but so so so disorganized

LOVE IT. They’ve updated their rooms. Restaurants open late, clean casino, fun kids arcade. Really great first time Reno experience. Oh. Drinks are free while you’re playing in the casino. - Melissa ♡︎
