They are always frazzled and even if you order a specific sandwich you have to repeat what you want to them. Service is often below par.
The line is usually huge around from 12:15 to 1:15 and the shop is small.
They were very frazzled and stressed out once there was more then 1 person in the store. Hard workers but I could see people thinking they are rude
They'll give you a rude attitude if you try to use promotions or coupons claiming it's "not their promotion." Uh, there's only one Subway I know.
