Picked up a 24' extension ladder and the employee saw that I would have a hard time getting through the store so he checked me out right by the door, its the little things that help.
Brad in paints was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Looking forward to a good project.
Employees should be able to help a customer convert in to cubic ft...not stand there saying "I have no idea" and not get help. Steve is worst example of cust svce I have ever seen at Home Depot.
