I go here everyday and Mia'a is the greatest. Relli and the others the encourage you to give it your best. And still allow you to do you ... The Gym family is great and the exercises are great.
Maia is awesome! The environment is contagious and pushes you to your limits. I would recommend any of her classes over a personal training session at a gym...any day!
Such a great environment to work out! Great instructors and great venue, you won't find a better workout than at the worX!
